The ACT-1313-PLUS not only eliminates false alarms caused by induced AC and RFI interference but can also identify cable faults supplying DC power to motion detectors or any 12v detection devices.
The ACT-1313-PLUS connects directly between the control panel or PSU's auxiliary 12VDC supply to motion detectors or other powered detection devices. Twin terminal blocks, 2xRed+, 2xBlack- enable power cables to be grouped and connected easily.
Induced AC is eliminated and RFI attenuated by up to 60dB on all DC power cables connected to the ACT-1313-PLUS preventing false alarms. In addition, a bi-coloured LED will instantly indicate any potential DC power overload or low resistance fault on any cable connected. Green shows 'no faults' whereas Red indicates 'fault exists'. If the red LED is lit, simply disconnect DC power cables one at a time to identify the troublesome circuit.
By installing the new ACT-1313-PLUS to your control panel and PSU's as standard enhances your company's reputation over competitors by eliminating false alarms as well as saving your valuable time and repeat call outs by instantly identifying power cable faults!
