Eaton Wireless Door Contact & Shock Sensor Brown

The door contact & shock sensor for intruder systems has dual functionality as both a shock detector and magnetic contact. It has been designed to work in situations where both a shock sensor and contact are required. Such as doors and window frames.

Two functions, one detector

The DET-RSDC uses two sensors: a magnetically-operated reed switch to detect when a door or window is opened, and an accelerometer to detect shock events.

Confirmed Alarm

Panels with v6.01 or later firmware can independently report the alarm status of each sensor. If required, this feature can be used to generate a confirmed alarm when both sensors operate (not recommended for entry routes), which can reduce installation time and cost.
