Managing the HKC Alarm System via SecureComm

SecureComm is HKC's mobile cloud based solution offering both Alarm Owner and Professional Installers easy connectivity and access to their security system.

The HKC App and SecureComm cloud enables users to:

Ø  set and unset commands

Ø  receive push notifications (with audible annunciation)

Ø  have access to a fully functional virtual keypad

Ø  Receive / Request pictures from the RF PIR Camera  

Ø  log interrogation

Alarm Owners can request their professional installer to configure their system* for SecureComm connectivity.  

SecureComm is available for Apple, Android and Windows devices. The SecureComm app can downloaded to your mobile phone and ready to use to manage your security system with ease.

Installers can also use SecureComm to connect to SmartLink 700 (an easy to use PC application that allows access remotely or locally to carry out programming and diagnostic functions).  The software allows easy configuration of both the Quantum 70 and SW 1070 / 20140 panels and also doubles as a site management tool.  Connectivity can be achieved remotely through DTV / GSM-Q or any of the SecureComm communication modules (GSM-SC, Lan or WiFi card) or locally via a USB lead or serial port.
